How long does shipping take?

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories using tracked delivery services.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Are screws included with the handles?

Yes. All handles and knobs include standard mounting screws suitable for most cabinetry installations.


Are your products suitable for kitchens and bathrooms?

Yes. Our hardware is selected for durability and everyday use. Many finishes are suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes. We recommend avoiding harsh cleaning chemicals to maintain the finish.


How do I choose the correct handle size?

Each product page lists the centre-to-centre measurement and overall length. If you’re replacing existing handles, measure the distance between screw holes to ensure a perfect fit.


Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


What warranty do you offer?

All products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, incorrect installation, or misuse.


Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. We offer a dedicated Trade Program for interior designers, architects, builders, and cabinet makers. Approved trade partners receive exclusive pricing and support.


How do I apply for a trade account?

You can apply via our Trade Program page. Approval typically takes 48–72 hours once your details are submitted.


Can I order samples?

Samples may be available for trade customers depending on the product. Please contact us or apply for a trade account for more information.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
