At ArtisanHandles, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@artisanhandles.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Our team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Claims

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or installation
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items (if specified at purchase)
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
