Warranty Coverage
All ArtisanHandles products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification
- Scratches, marks, or corrosion caused by improper care or harsh cleaning products
- Labour or installation costs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@artisanhandles.com.au and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund
- Provide an alternative solution where appropriate
Warranty remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
