We recommend occasional inspection and light maintenance, particularly in high-use areas such as kitchens and wardrobes. As with all quality materials, finishes may naturally change or soften in character over time depending on environment and use. This is a normal material response and not considered a defect.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, insufficient care, misuse, or exposure to unsuitable conditions is not covered under warranty. During installation and renovation works, all hardware should be protected from paint, adhesives, solvents, grout, stone dust, and other construction materials, as these may permanently affect the surface.

Finish Care

Our finishes are selected for durability, not indestructibility. Improper cleaning methods can cause lasting damage.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth as part of routine cleaning.
  
• Avoid moisture. If the product becomes wet, dry it promptly to prevent marking or discolouration.
  
• Do not use abrasive pads, chemical cleaners, or solvent-based products.
  
• Take extra care during installation and construction to avoid contact with harsh substances.
  

Some finishes may develop subtle character over time, particularly metallic surfaces. This natural evolution is part of the material’s design and should be appreciated rather than avoided.

For handles with textured or detailed profiles, occasional light dusting may be required to maintain definition. Use only a soft, dry cloth.
